Kids With Cameras: Through Our Eyes

XCEL Leadership Center has launched a new initiative focusing on photojournalism. Designed to foster creativity both in photography and writing, Kids With Cameras is opening the wonder of God’s world to teens and tweens. During the workshops kids work with area professional photographers coming from a range of backgrounds who volunteer their time. Photographers teach concepts beyond the typical “nice snapshot,” offering instruction on unique camera angles and on waiting for the lighting to be just perfect before the shutter flies to capture the moment.
